What We Cover

Program Areas

Our programs are shaped by what the community itself has identified as priorities. We serve marginalized communities by enhancing awareness and attitudes across six critical areas of well-being.

🧠
Mental Health Awareness

Breaking the stigma and building pathways to healing through education, open conversation, and professionally led workshops. We help community members understand mental health, recognize warning signs, and access support without shame.

Awareness · Prevention · Resources
🚫
Substance Use Prevention

Equipping individuals and families with evidence-based information to understand, prevent, and address substance use challenges. Our trainings are culturally responsive and grounded in community experience.

Prevention · Education · Recovery
💔
Domestic Violence Prevention

Creating safe spaces to educate, support, and empower survivors and those at risk. We provide language and tools to recognize abuse, understand healthy relationships, and navigate resources for safety and healing.

Safety · Empowerment · Support
🕊️
Suicide Prevention

Raising community awareness and providing members with the language, tools, and resources to recognize crisis and respond effectively. We approach this topic with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and care.

Spiritual Wellness

Nurturing the whole person... body, mind, and spirit as a vital component of individual and community health. Faith-grounded and inclusive, our spiritual wellness programming supports inner healing and communal belonging.
